At GetSales, we are committed to providing the best user experience and optimizing your lead generation efforts. However, sometimes automations may not perform as expected. The good news? Most issues can be easily identified and fixed!
In this guide, we’ll cover common blockers that impact your campaign success and how to resolve them.
How Do I Know My Automation Needs Improvement?
Watch out for these key indicators:
Your Sender Profiles send fewer connection requests than expected per daily limits.
By the end of the day, fewer tasks are completed than expected.
There are many failed leads in your automation.
💡 Note: While metrics like connection acceptance rate and reply rate influence campaign performance, this article focuses on resolving technical issues that may be affecting your automation.
Common Automation Issues & Fixes
1. Sender Profile is Inactive
Your Sender Profiles act as workers executing automation tasks. If they become inactive, no tasks will be completed. Here’s how to troubleshoot:
🟠 Sender Profile is Out of Schedule
Indicator: Orange exclamation mark on the Sender Profile
The Sender Profile is not currently active due to scheduling.
Fix: If you have updated the Sender Profile's Schedule and aligned it with the automation schedule, no action is needed—just wait for the schedule to resume.
🔴 Sender Profile is Logged Out
Indicator: Red dot on the Sender Profile.
The sender was logged out of LinkedIn.
Fix:
Open GoLogin and log in to the correct session.
Close the GoLogin browser session afterward.
Click Run on GetSales (next to the sender profile) to restart the session.
❌ Sender Profile Shows an Error
Indicator: An error message appears next to the sender.
It’s often caused by a proxy issue or another connectivity problem.
Fix:
Click Manage → Update Proxy and press Run again.
If the issue persists, update the proxy again but select a different country to avoid using a broken proxy.
Click Run to restart the session.
2. Sender Profile & Automation Schedule Mismatch
Schedules are essential for maintaining LinkedIn safety—they help you appear more human-like and avoid restrictions. However, Senders’ schedules do not sync automatically with Automation, so misalignment may result in fewer tasks being completed than expected.
How to Fix It:
Check your Sender Profile’s Schedule:
Go to Sender Profile → Manage → Update Schedule.
Set the correct timezone and working hours.

3. Not Enough Leads in Automation
If your automation is underperforming, you may have run out of leads.
How to Identify This Issue:
Open the Automation builder and check the Segment Statuses counter.
If the number of Added Contacts equals the sum of Contacts In Progress and Finished, then you need to add more leads.
✅ Solution:
Manually add more leads to the Segment.
Enable Auto Filter in the Segment window—this automatically adds new leads to the automation as they enter the system.
💡 With the Auto Filter, your automation stays continuously fueled with new leads
4. Daily Limits Are Not Reached
Seeing that Sender Profiles don’t reach daily limits might be concerning, but remember that they represent an upper limit, not a minimum threshold. This means that not reaching the daily limit is normal, and that your Sender is performing other tasks.
However, if you need to optimize a specific task (e.g., increase the number of connection requests sent), try the following:
Reduce the number of tasks following the node you want to improve. For example, remove extra "Visit Profile" or "Like Post" nodes if you already have too many.
Decrease task delay times, but keep them at 3 minutes minimum to stay within safe LinkedIn limits.
Increase the working hours of the Sender Profile to allow more tasks to be executed.
Final Thoughts
By monitoring key automation indicators and resolving technical flaws, you can ensure smoother performance and better lead generation results.
📌 To recap:
Keep Sender Profiles active and properly scheduled.
Align Automation and Sender Profile Schedules.
Ensure you always have enough leads in the automation.
Optimize task execution to meet your campaign goals.
By applying these fixes, you can maximize the efficiency of your GetSales campaigns and see better conversion rates! 🚀
