At GetSales, we continuously strive to optimize LinkedIn lead generation while ensuring the safety of your accounts. To improve it and minimize the risk of LinkedIn restrictions, we’ve introduced the Sender Profile’s Schedule feature. This article explains how it works and how to use it effectively.
What is Sender’s Schedule?
The Sender’s Schedule defines the time range during which the Sender Profile is active, executes automation tasks, syncs messages, and runs imports. In technical terms, it determines when the server processes tasks assigned to the Sender Profile.
You can adjust the Sender’s Schedule directly from the Sender Profile page under the LinkedIn tab.
Hover over the Manage button to access the Schedule feature
Enhanced Safety
Since LinkedIn actively discourages automation tools, maintaining human-like activity patterns is crucial. Unlike other automation tools, GetSales will not run your account 24/7, bringing you LinkedIn restrictions. The Sender’s Schedule feature helps mimic natural behavior by ensuring your account operates only during realistic working hours, reducing the risk of detection and restrictions.
How to Use Sender’s Schedule
To make your automation appear more natural, configure your Sender’s Schedule to align with typical working hours. For instance, you can set it from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays while keeping weekends inactive.
💡 For more realistic behavior, randomize the start and end hours by adding 2-5 minutes here and there.
Working 9 to 5 is pretty standard
By default, the Sender’s Schedule is set to 09:00 – 18:00 (weekdays only).
Key Indicators:
When the Sender Profile is inactive, a badge will appear on the Sender Profile page.
An orange exclamation mark will be visible in the list of all Sender Profiles for quick identification.

Setting the Time zone
You can select the required time zone from the dropdown menu at the top of the Sender’s Schedule settings.
💡 Best Practice: Ensure the Sender’s Schedule time zone matches the Automation time zone and the LinkedIn profile location for seamless operation.
Aligning with Automation configuration
You can match the schedules automatically by enabling the automation to use Sender’s Schedule when configuring the automation.
When the toggle is on, the automation will work during the Sender’s working hours
To access the configuration menu, go to the Automation page, click on 3 dots, then Config.
🚨 Important: If the Sender’s Schedule and the Automation Configuration do not fully overlap, automation tasks will not execute properly.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
1. All Sender Profiles Are Marked as “Out of Schedule”
The recent update reset all schedules to the default time zone (UTC) and default time range.
✅ Solution: Update each Sender Profile’s schedule according to your preferences.
2. Automation Tasks Are Not Running Despite an Active Sender Profile
This usually happens because of a mismatch between the Sender’s Schedule and the Automation Schedule.
✅ Solution: Verify that both schedules have the same time zone and active time range. Alternatively, toggle on the use of the Sender’s Schedule in the Automation configuration.
If the issue persists, contact our Support Team via chat or email for assistance.
