What is a Sender Profile

A Sender Profile is an account on GetSales that is connected to a LinkedIn profile. Sender Profiles or Senders are used in automations for performing tasks like sending messages to leads and running imports. One Sender account can be connected only to one LinkedIn account. It also has to be attached to one team only, so having the same Sender account across multiple teams is not possible.

You can find the "Sender Profile" tab by clicking this button on the left side of the interface:

Main tabs on each sender's page:

  1. LinkedIn

This tab contains the Account Health and Smart limits features that help you monitor your account safety.
You can switch Smart Limits off by toggling this button:

More info about Account Health and Smart Limits can be found in this article.
If you scroll down the page, you'll see precise settings for different actions limitation your sender has. When the "Smart limit" feature is turned off, you can edit all limits manually.

Please remember that unusually high activity on your profile can trigger LinkedIn security system. To avoid such situations, it's best to keep "Smart limits" turned on.

  2. Email

In this section you can connect your email to your sender profile to receive and send emails on GetSales and also create signature:

Here is an instruction on how to do it.

  3. Auto tasks

Here you can see all tasks planned for your sender in different automations. You automatically see tasks planned for today when you open the tab, but you can also check tasks completed in the past and planned for the future. Use the calendar and "prev" / "next" buttons to navigate.

  4. Settings

In this section, you can change the assignee for this sender's tasks and add custom fields to your sender:

The "Manage" button in the right upper corner of the screen opens a dropdown menu:

the "Manage" dropdown menu with the following options: update schedule, update proxy, open via GoLogin, Share GoLogin, stop, re-sync withdrawal queue, disconnect.

You can see the following options:

Update schedule

This feature allows you to change working hours for your sender. You set the schedule when you create a new sender, here you can edit your settings to fit your needs. Read more on the Schedule feature here.

Update proxy

Here you can either update Getsales proxy or switch to your own proxy if you want:

In order to use your own proxy, click the checkmark button:

Note: Do not update the proxy too often as it changes your IP, which is bad for your Account Health.

Open via GoLogin

This button will redirect you to GoLogin website/app:

Share GoLogin

Click "Run" next to the status to resume Senders' activity.

Re-sync Withdrawal Queue

This button is used to update your current withdrawal queue, helping you understand whether your actual number of pending connection requests is outdated or not.
Based on this info, the "Connect Rate & Withdrawal Queue" section of the Account Health will reflect different status:

Disconnect

If you use this feature, you'll disconnect the LinkedIn account from this sender on GetSales.

The number of senders you are able to create depends on your subscription level.

GetSales offers subscription plans varying in the number of sender profiles that you can connect. One sender profile can have one LinkedIn account and one email address. You can check how many sender profiles your current plan allows by clicking the Credits button (next to the Action Queue on top of the page).

To create a sender, as a GetSales user, you have to be a part of any team with an active subscription. One user can connect multiple senders.

Note: Name of the sender profile would be used as a variable inside the automation if you use sender_profile_name variable.
