Red indication on the sender profile

The red indicator on your sender profile means that something went wrong, and you should check the sender's page. It could be a logout, a proxy error, or a stopped sender.

Common issues indicated by the red dot and how to troubleshoot:

Log in issue

This status means your LinkedIn is logged out. Please, log into your LinkedIn account via "Log back in to LinkedIn" button. Close the browser session afterward.

Once you're done, click the dropdown button and click "I'm logged in - Run profile":

Start issue with Errors like "[]", or "Curl" or "IP" or "we are fixing it"

This status usually means that there is a proxy issue. The best option is to wait for an automatic restart. We ping proxies every 60 minutes and restart the sender automatically.
If the error message is still there after 1-hour wait period, you should Update proxy. The "Update proxy" button is in the Manage dropdown on your Sender's LinkedIn tab:

Do not update the proxy often as it changes your IP, which is bad for your Account Health

Press "Run" after you update the proxy.

Start issue with Error 403 "You do not have access to this profile":

This status looks like this:

Start issue. Error: status code "403" message: You do not have access to this profile.

This error means the sender profile isn't shared to GetSales in GoLogin. To fix this, share it to [email protected] in GoLogin.

In any other case, you can also click the "Run" button next to the sender profile name. If there was a temporary issue, the sender will be successfully launched and start working.

Orange indication on the sender profile

The orange indication on the sender profile means it is not active at the moment. There can be several reasons for that:

Out of schedule

If the sender is Out of Schedule, it means it's not active due to the sender's settings.

Out of Schedule is not an error

By default, all sender profiles are scheduled to work from 9 to 18 UTC on weekdays. You can configure the sender's schedule by clicking Update Schedule in the Manage dropdown menu.

Stopped

Stopped status can be applied in two cases: the Sender was stopped manually, or it happened automatically because there was a delay in subscription extension.

You can restart the sender by clicking "Run" next to its status.

Working

The green indication on the sender profile means that the sender is active now and executes tasks. No need to worry!
