Maintenance status. Purple colour. Automations & messengers & import will not work. GetSales team alway monitor all servers in maintenance mode, so you should not be concerned as the problem would be resolved soon.
Status means that we are rolling out a server update at this particular moment and restarting servers. It usually takes around 30 mins for the process to be completed. We are doing our best to notify about the upcoming updates but sometimes need to release urgent updates that might be caused by LinkedIn updated and needed to maintain the work of the system and highest safety. Basic updates are usually rolled out a few times a week. In some cases updates can be rolled out a few times a day, e.g. in case of major LinkedIn updates (but that happens a few times a month).
Another reason for maintenance is a hardware problem when server got broken and we need to repair it, which can take a few hours.Broken mode. Red colour. Automations & messengers & import will not work. GetSales team alway monitor all servers in Broken mode, so you should not be concerned as the problem would be resolved soon. But if you use your own proxy, pay attention to the status as you might need to update your broken proxy.
Common issues:
LinkedIn logged out. Please, log into your LinkedIn account again using GoLogin and the right session. Close GoLogin browser session afterwards. Click Run on GetSales (next to the sender profile). Server would be launched if everything is good and change its colour to green "running"
Errors like "[]", or "Curl" or "IP" or "we are fixing it" and many others mean that there is a proxy issue. If you use your own proxy - update it or wait. We ping proxy every 5/ 30/ 60 minutes and restarting server automatically.
If you use GetSales - wait or update. We ping proxy every 5/ 30/ 60 minutes and restarting server automatically.
To update proxy - click manage button in the right upper corner/ update proxy/ choose the country. Then try clicking on Run to run session again. If it doesn't help, repeat but choose another proxy country (to make sure the broken proxy is not applied). Then try clicking on Run to run the session again. Server would be launched if everything is good and change its colour to green "running"In any other case you can also click Run button next to the sender profile name (on the sender profile page) and if there was a temporarily issue server would be successfully launched launched and change its colour to green "running"
Why do you see red, purple or yellow indicators/ errors on your sender profile
