1.Can I invite people to follow my group/ company page?

If you refer to automated invitations sent for your company page from your account - we don't have such an option. And since you are limited by 200 invites/ month it's easier to send all invites right from the company page. It will take just 3 mins.

But if you mean sending a direct message to a person, then you can just set up an automation, sending connections (or checking if you are connected) - and then sending an auto message with an invitation to follow the company page (with a link).

2.Do you have templates?

GetSales has 3 types of templates:

  • Automation templates - can be found on top of the automations overview page (menu - automation). But we recommend building automations from scratch to get maximum advantage out of it.

  • AI templates & sandbox. Is currently hidden form the product. You can create templates with AI prompts + test it within the sandbox. Then you can use this templates inside the automation

  • Plain templates. Is currently hidden form the product. To use in the automatons & as preset "answers" templates to use right from the messenger.

3.How can I delete the flow/ automation/ campaign?

It's not possible to delete the automation. You only can archive it. You can find archived automations in menu/ automations/ "archived" tab (top left corner).

4. How can i import my exiting contacts (connections)?

You can run basic search imports. Don't forget to split searches into 1k chunks. Or use Sales Navigator imports (with a cap of 2.5k leads/ per import). Or download you network right from LinkedIn as a csv (in LinkedIn settings you can request your data) and later on import as a csv. Later on we would release a feature to automatically import your network.

5.How often does messages sync with your platform?

We provide instant LinkedIn messenger. Emails are synced every 5 mins. However server or proxy downtime can cause delays in synchronisation. Check Senders troubleshooting docs for more details.

6. I get server error when trying to sign in to getsales. Why and what to do?

The most common problem is local accessibility issues. Try using VPN, or a different IP. If doesn't help - try empty cash & cookies & restart / update browser. If problem is still there after 20-30 mins, pls contact our agents for further investigation.

7. User doesn't receive an invitation to the team from GetSales.

Check the spam folder or revoke invitation and try sending again (maybe sendgrid experiences some technical issues).

Besides, you can try a workaround. User can sign up right on GetSales without a link & invitation. If they use the same email the invitation was sent to, they would automatically become a part of your team.

If nothing helps, pls contact our agents for help.

8. "Something went wrong. Please contact support" when I'm choosing a proxy, while connecting LinkedIn account.to GetSales.

Most likely the problem is either with getsales servers or proxy. Pls, try using a different proxy (it could help if the problem was related to the proxy). Sign out and in and try again (to exclude a user token issue). Try again in 30 mins - that will help with a temporary problem like server maintenance. If it doesn't help, pls, contact our agent or try again in 12 hours.

9. What is manual tasks?

There are two types of manual tasks:

  • The one you create manually form the CRM/ messenger. You'd commonly use it for manual follow-ups.

  • The one you can use inside the automation. Most of the automation nodes has 2 regimes: auto & manual. If you use manual then once a lead reached the node the task would be created for you (navigate to menu/ tasks). You can covert task to auto, then it would be executed and the automation will continue. Or execute task on your own & "mark task as completed". That will mean the tasks would be completed without automatic actions and the automation will continue, lead will continue moving to the next node of the automation.

10. LinkedIn is logged out. Why & what to do?

There are many reason for an account to automatically log out. For the safety of the account we are not doing auto log in.

To log it, get back to GoLogin, run the right session and log in. Close the session. Click Run on GetSales (sender profiles/ LinkedIn tab

If logouts happens rarely, it's not a problem. But if it happens often, let's find and fix the problem. Here are the most common problems:

  • If you use your own GoLogin session, please check your session OS, it should be Windows. To make sure your session has correct settings & troubleshoot, you can try using GetSales session instead (reconnect account using first option). Check if this configuration helps and you have less logout.

  • Another problem is a number of active accounts' sessions and their conflicts. The first way is trying to match the IP region of all sessions & LinkedIn page. E.g. you have X country indicated on LinekdIn, but use Y country for proxy. Change the proxy to make sure all location are match. The second way is right from GoLogin sign out of all the sessions, keep only GoLogin (GetSales use the same session). Try using only GoLogin session to access account. In that case you leverage Single Session Protection and it should help.

  • If it doesn't help, try using different proxy & proxy provider. If you use your own proxy, try using GetSales proxies. If you already use GetSales proxy try buying your own proxy and using them instead. The ideas is to see if LinkedIn doesn't like a certain IP for some reason.

  • If nothing helps, pls reach out to our agents, so that we can investigate and help you.
