There are 4 ways to check the status:
1. Navigate to Dashboards: Select the sender profile and the current week. You’ll see the number of activities for this week, including those performed via GetSales or outside it. Apply the automation filter to see how the specific automation is progressing.
2. Navigate to Sender Profiles: Click on a sender profile and go to the Auto tasks tab. The default filter will show today's tasks, including completed ones. You can also check yesterday’s tasks to track progress.
3. Navigate to CRM: Use the activity filter. Select the expected activity (e.g., connection sent), choose the automation, today’s date, and the sender profile (if necessary). This will show a list of leads that passed through the selected activity today.
4. Check within the automation: Look at the Segment (where you added sender profiles & leads). You’ll find counters for the leads at different stages:
1. Waiting Enrichment: Leads are not yet enriched—this usually takes a couple of hours but may take longer. Leads will automatically move forward once enrichment is done.
2. Ready: Leads have been processed by the segment and will be assigned to a sender profile once automation is activated.
3. Co-workers or contacts limits: If predefined limits are set, no new contacts will enter the automation until co-workers or existing leads leave the flow.
4. In Progress: Leads are actively moving through the flow.
5. Canceled: Leads have been manually removed from the automation (e.g., due to deleted nodes with leads in progress or senders).
6. Failed: The task couldn’t be executed (e.g., no valid LinkedIn link or email).
Additionally, each node in the automation has task status counters, similar to the lead statuses in the segment. This allows you to track where leads are in the flow and see how the automation is progressing.
