Now it’s time to explore the final component of GetSales: our integrated CRM system. This tool helps you streamline two important processes—following up with leads after automation and simplifying your workflow by keeping everything within GetSales. Instead of transferring leads to another CRM, which takes time as you switch between platforms, you can manage everything right here until you receive a positive reply or book a demo.

For instance, when a lead like replies, you can create a manual follow-up task in the CRM to remind yourself or your team to follow up in a week. These tasks are customizable, allowing you to assign them to specific users and sender profiles. For example, if you have been communicating with the lead, you can assign the task to your sender profile to maintain consistency in communication.

Tasks are one of the key features of the CRM. You can create, track, and manage them manually or automatically. All your tasks are organized in a dedicated task menu where you can view, complete, or convert them to auto-tasks as needed. The CRM also lets you track pipeline stages. You can move leads through different stages (e.g., ‘replied positive,’ ‘opportunity’) and assign tags to organize them based on specific characteristics.

Filtering is another powerful feature in the CRM. You can filter leads based on automations, pipeline stages, replies, enrichment, or other activities. This allows you to pinpoint exactly where your leads are in the process, whether they’ve accepted a LinkedIn connection request, replied to an email, or entered an automation sequence. These filters help you stay organized and focused on high-priority leads.

In future updates, we’re planning to release account-based management features that will allow you to manage leads at the account level. This will automatically adjust pipeline stages based on the depth of communication across multiple contacts within the same account, giving you a more strategic view of your outreach.
