This guide outlines four ways to check automation activity and lead status.
📊 Method 1: Check the Dashboard
Go to the Dashboard section
Apply the automation filter to see only actions performed by automation
You’ll see the number of activities completed this week via GetSales.
Note: The dashboard gives a high-level summary and is best for volume tracking.
👤 Method 2: Review Auto Tasks in Sender Profile
Navigate to Sender Profiles
Click on a profile → go to the Auto Tasks tab
By default, you’ll see today’s tasks (completed and pending)
Switch to yesterday if you want to see past progress
Tip: This view is helpful to check task execution at a sender level.
🗂 Method 3: Filter by Activity in CRM
Go to CRM (Contacts page)
Use the Activity filter to select an action (e.g., “LinkedIn Connection Request Sent”)
Select the automation, date (e.g., today), and sender (optional)
You’ll get a list of leads that passed through the selected action.
Useful for: Spot-checking if the automation is firing on specific dates.
🔁 Method 4: Check the Automation Flow
Inside the automation builder, review the segment where leads and senders are added. You’ll see counters for each lead status:
Lead Status Types:
Waiting Enrichment – Lead is waiting to be enriched. This typically takes a few hours.
Ready – Lead is processed and waiting for sender assignment.
Co-workers or contact limits – No new leads enter while company-level limits are active.
In Progress – The lead is actively moving through the automation.
Canceled – The lead was manually removed (e.g. sender deleted or node removed).
Failed – The task couldn't be executed (e.g. broken LinkedIn or missing email).
Important: Leads in "Failed" status often need manual review.
Each node in the automation also shows task counters. These help you see how many leads passed through that step, how many succeeded, failed, or are waiting.
Tip: Use node-level counters for step-by-step flow diagnostics.
