If leads are stuck in "In Progress," it could mean two things:
1. The system detected a reply from these leads. If you're not using the "send always" toggle, the message won’t be sent unless you manually confirm that the automation should continue.
Until you manually confirm or cancel them from the automation, they will remain stuck in "In Progress." Here’s how to find these leads:
Click on the counter: you'll see the list of the leads just to identify them quickly;
Navigate to Tasks: Filter by the automation name + In progress status. Add an additional filter messaged replied. Make sure the filters are grouped with AND (click advanced filters). You’ll see a list of leads, including required leads.
Messenger: Check recent leads from the messenger. At the bottom of the activities, you’ll see a notification that a reply was detected and an option to continue the automation. You can also navigate to the Tasks tab to check if there’s a task in progress related to the automation, which would have paused.
2. Check if the automations are generally working. If so, the required automation may have a lower priority or the task is scheduled for a later time. You can click on the counter of the node to see the date & time for the task to be executed.
3. Send connection node can be stuck If you’re using a free LinkedIn account and trying to send connection requests with a message, you may hit a limit (usually around 10 per month). To fix this, either remove the message from your connection request or activate the toggle to send the connection without a message.
