What is Task Assignee?
Task Assignee is an option on the 'Edit Sender Profile' page, you have the option to assign a specific team member to handle all manual tasks related to that Sender Profile.
Why Assign Someone Specifically?
Delegating Tasks: It helps in distributing tasks among team members.
Sharing Responsibility: Ensures that someone is specifically responsible for the Sender Profile.
Real-Time Monitoring: Allows for easier tracking and management of tasks.
How Does It Work?
Understanding Sender Profiles and Users:
Sender Profiles are created for outreach purposes. They are like your digital sales reps, combining LinkedIn and email accounts.
Users are team members. They are not the same as Sender Profiles. One user can manage multiple Sender Profiles.
Adding Manual Tasks in Automation:
You can set up manual tasks within your automation.
These tasks are automatically linked to the chosen Sender Profile in the automation.
Task Assignment and Filtering:
In the tasks section, you can filter tasks by Sender Profile and the assigned user.
If a team member is assigned as responsible for a Sender Profile, any tasks for that profile will directly go to them, bypassing the general Sender Profile assignment.
