What is the Contact Overview Tab?
The Overview tab in a Contact's Profile is essentially a copy of their LinkedIn Profile data. It includes:
Contact Information: Personal and work emails, phone number, social media links for the Company and the Contact (Facebook and Twitter), and company website.
LinkedIn Link: Direct link to their LinkedIn profile and their Company's.
Professional Details: Description, work experience, and company information. If the Contact works in several Companies, there are two scenarios:
if you are using any import from GetSales.io platform: will import the most recent one to GetSales, marking it 'Primary'. The Contact's job position will be displayed as the one they have at the Primary Company.
if you are using the GetSales.io extension: you will have a choice which Company information to import.
Note on Missing Information: If some details are missing, it indicates that we are in the process of enriching their profile with more information. Not all the information about the Contact's LinkedIn Profile will be in the Overview tab, some will be hidden and accessible through the page of editing the Contact's information as well as used in filters.
Why is the Contact Overview Tab Important?
Full Data for Automations: The Contact information collected is used in Automations, allowing you to operate with complete data. This information is also utilized in variables set up in messages.
Manual Messaging and Tasks: When switching to manual messaging or tasks, the Contact's LinkedIn information is valuable for understanding key details, ensuring a relevant approach and conversation.
CRM Filtering: You can filter Contacts in the CRM using this collected information to ensure they meet your specific needs.
How Does the Contact Overview Work?
When you import a Contact, we gather information from their LinkedIn Profile and their current company and display it on their Profile.
