What is a Sender Profile

A Sender Profile is an account on GetSales that is connected to a LinkedIn profile. Sender Profiles or Senders are used in automations for performing tasks like sending messages to leads and running imports. One Sender account can be connected only to one LinkedIn account. It also has to be attached to one team only, so having the same Sender account across multiple teams is not possible.

You can find the "Sender Profile" tab by clicking this button on the left side of the interface:

This article covers the redesigned Sender Profile page (2026). For deeper dives into metrics and warm-up, see the Read next section at the bottom.

Sender page

The left-hand column lists every sender profile in the current team.

  • Search — filter the list by name.

  • Sender row — avatar, display name, and two small badges indicating:

  • LinkedIn connection status (green dot = connected).

  • Email connection status (green dot = at least one mailbox attached).

  • Create — starts the flow of creating a new sender profile.

  • Rent LinkedIn Accounts — redirects to the LinkedIn account renatl service.

The central part of the page shows the selected sender. Everything you need to identify and operate the underlying LinkedIn account lives in the header.

  • Avatar and name — the sender's picture and display name, shown with the LinkedIn handle and a LinkedIn badge.

  • Status pill — colored status. Values include Working (green, active), Out of Schedule (orange, idle due to schedule), Stopped (orange, paused manually or by billing), and red states for login / proxy / access issues. Full semantics and recovery steps are in Sender Profile Statuses and Errors.

  • Last sync — how long ago GetSales last pulled data from LinkedIn (e.g., last sync 24 minutes ago).

  • Schedule — today's LinkedIn working window and timezone, shown inline (e.g., Today, 9:00 to 18:00 UTC (GMT). Edit it via Manage → Update Schedule. See Sender's Schedule Feature Explained.
Note: this is the LinkedIn schedule. Email has its own, separate schedule — see the Email tab section below.

  • Manage — dropdown of account-level actions (see below).

  • Open in Cloud Browser — opens the underlying LinkedIn session in GetSales' secure cloud browser. Use this to log in, solve a checkpoint, or inspect a conversation directly.

Main tabs on each sender's page:

1. LinkedIn

The operational dashboard for the sender. Broadly split into:

  • Dashboard cardsAccount Health, Your Daily Connections Limit vs Market, and Warmup Level.

  • Activity summary cards — today's progress for Send Connection Request, Send InMail, and Send Message.

  • Daily Activity vs LinkedIn Limits — a weekly chart plus a KPI row (LinkedIn Limit Hit, Safety Buffer, Network Growth, Acceptance Rate).

  • Auto Tasks & Daily Limits — the AI Warmup toggle and a per-task limits table.

For how to read every metric on this tab, see Sender Profile Metrics — Graph & KPIs. For how AI Warmup ramps your limits and how to set Target daily limits, see AI Warmup Guide.

2. Email

Attach one or more mailboxes to this sender so it can send and receive email inside GetSales. A sender can have multiple mailboxes connected; they all share the sender's Email schedule (see below).

Empty state — Add your first mailbox

When no mailbox is connected yet, the tab shows a three-way onboarding:

  • GmailConnect your Gmail account with just a few extra steps.

  • OutlookConnect your Microsoft account by enabling SMTP access.

  • Custom SMTPSet up a custom SMTP server for complete control over your email campaigns.

Step-by-step instructions are in How to Connect a Mailbox to GetSales.

Populated state — mailbox list

Once at least one mailbox is connected, the tab shows a table of all mailboxes for this sender:

  • Mailbox — provider icon, sender's display name, and mailbox address.

  • StatusActive, Paused, or an error state.

  • Scheduled tasks — number of queued email tasks for that mailbox.

  • Row menu (⋮) — per-mailbox actions.

Header actions:

  • + Add new — connect another mailbox to this sender.

  • Manage — bulk dropdown; actions apply to the mailboxes selected via the row checkboxes:

  • Update Schedule — opens the Email schedule editor (scope described below).

  • Resume selected — un-pauses the selected mailboxes.

  • Pause selected — pauses sending/receiving for the selected mailboxes.

  • Delete selected — disconnects the selected mailboxes from this sender.

Email schedule — per sender, not per mailbox

The Email schedule is a single working window that applies to all mailboxes connected to this sender. You cannot configure different schedules for individual mailboxes — they all follow the sender's Email schedule.

The Email schedule is independent from the sender's LinkedIn schedule, so email can run on hours that differ from LinkedIn activity (for example, business hours for email and a narrower window for LinkedIn). Open it via Email tab → Manage → Update Schedule.

3. Auto Tasks

The day-by-day task ledger for this sender — every task that automations have scheduled or completed on its behalf.

  • Refresh List — re-fetches the task list.

  • Timezone banner — times are shown in the sender's own timezone.

  • Date navigationPrev / date picker / Next to walk through days (past and future).

  • Columns:

  • Status & Schedule — task state (scheduled, in progress, completed, failed) plus scheduled time.

  • Task — task type (Send Message, Visit Profile, etc.).

  • Contact — the lead the task targets.

  • Automation — the automation that produced the task.

  • Empty stateNo Tasks when nothing is scheduled for the selected day.

4. Settings

Identity, ownership, and personalization for the sender.

  • Profile header — avatar, name, Created by / on (e.g., Created by QA Test on Apr 16, 2026 at 10:31), Add label, and a Manage dropdown with Copy ID, Edit, and Delete.

  • Tasks assigneeAll tasks of this Sender Profile will be assigned to this user. Pick a team member from the dropdown; they become the owner of every task the sender generates and receive notifications accordingly.

  • Custom fields — personalize message templates and feed the AI content generator. Click Manage to add, rename, reorder, or delete fields.
