Can I invite people to follow my group or company page?
Automated invitations to follow a company page are not available in GetSales. LinkedIn limits you to 200 invites per month. The fastest way is to send invites directly from your company page.
Alternative: If you want to invite people through direct messages, you can:
Create an automation that sends a connection request (or checks if you are already connected).
After the connection is accepted, add an automated message with a link to follow your company page.
Do you have templates?
Yes, GetSales has two types of templates:
Automation templates – available when creating a new automation.
Note: We recommend building automations from scratch for maximum flexibility.
AI templates – You can create templates with AI prompts, test them in the sandbox, and later use them in automations.
How can I delete a flow/automation/campaign?
Automations cannot be permanently deleted. Instead, you can archive them.
To archive an automation:
Go to Menu → Automations.
Open the Archived tab in the top left corner to find your archived automations.
How can I import my existing contacts (connections)?
You can import contacts into GetSales in three ways:
Basic search imports: Split your LinkedIn searches into chunks of up to 1,000 leads.
Sales Navigator imports: Import up to 2,500 leads at once.
Data Export from LinkedIn:
Go to LinkedIn Settings → Data export.
Request your data and download the CSV.
Upload the CSV into GetSales.
Note: An automatic LinkedIn network import feature will be available in the future.
How often do messages sync with the platform?
LinkedIn messages: instant sync.
Emails: synced every 5 minutes.
Important: Messages and emails only sync when the sender profile is active.
If a sender profile is Out of Schedule, no sync will happen until it resumes working.
Why do I see a server error when signing in?
A server error when signing in is usually caused by local accessibility issues. Try these steps:
Use a VPN or a different IP address.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Restart or update your browser.
If the issue continues for more than 20–30 minutes, please contact support.
Why doesn’t a user receive a team invitation?
If a user does not receive a team invitation:
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
Revoke the invitation and send it again.
As a workaround, the user can sign up directly on GetSales using the same email address. They will automatically join your team.
If the issue continues, contact support.
What should I do if I see “Something went wrong” when choosing a proxy?
This error can happen due to GetSales servers or the proxy itself. Try the following:
Use a different proxy.
Sign out and sign back in to refresh your token.
Wait 30 minutes and try again.
If the problem persists, contact support or retry after 12 hours.
What are manual tasks in GetSales?
Manual tasks appear in two ways:
Created manually: You can add tasks from CRM or Messenger for manual follow‑ups.
Created by automations: Some nodes can run in manual mode. When a lead reaches this node, a manual task is created. Once you complete the task and mark it as Completed, the lead continues in the flow.
Why does LinkedIn log me out automatically?
LinkedIn sometimes logs accounts out for security reasons. For safety, GetSales does not auto log in.
To log back in:
Click Open in Cloud Browser.
Log in to LinkedIn.
Close the browser window and click Run.
If logouts happen rarely, there is no problem. If they happen often, possible causes include:
GoLogin session settings: If using your own session, ensure the OS is set to Windows.
Too many active sessions: Use only one session. This enables Single Session Protection and reduces logouts.
Proxy issues: If you use your own proxy, switch to GetSales proxies. If you use GetSales proxies, try your own to test IP stability.
