The Rotate Sender Profile node lets you retry outreach using different sender profiles — automatically. It's a powerful tool to increase conversion rates, nurture warm leads over time, or even boost your own content visibility using multiple accounts.

How to Use the Rotate Sender Profile Node

Step 1: Add the Rotation Node to Your Automation

In the automation builder:

  1. Add the Rotate Sender Profile node where you want to retry outreach from a new sender.

  2. Set the segment for the restart, and select the sender if you want a specific sender profile to retry outreach.

3. Define how many rotation attempts should be made by adding rotations.

4. Double-check the Sender Rotation model if you haven’t chosen the specific sender on the 2 step - it defines how senders will be rotated.

What Happens During Rotation?

  • When added to an automation, a contact is assigned to one sender and begins the automation.

  • When reaching the Rotate Sender Profile node, the contacts will automatically restart the automation from the specified segment using the specified sender.

  • You can repeat this process across multiple senders.

Tip: Use the “Rotate to a New Sender” model on the Sender node

This ensures the contact is always reassigned to a sender who hasn’t previously engaged with them — no duplicates, no confusion.

Real-World Use Cases

1. Increase Connection Acceptance Rates

Sometimes a connection request goes unnoticed — or the recipient is on vacation. Instead of giving up, you can:

  • Send the request from Sender A

  • If ignored, rotate and retry from Sender B

  • Retry again from Sender C if needed

Result: Up to 2 times increase in connection acceptance rate by giving leads multiple chances to engage.

2. Long-Term Nurturing with Passive Touches

Stay visible to warm leads without spamming them. Example flow:

  1. Like latest post

  2. 2-week wait period

  3. Visit profile

  4. 2-week wait period

  5. Rotate sender with the same sender selected, so that the sender repeats steps 1-4

Add as many rotations as you want to give your lead the required time. Don’t forget to send a follow-up after this!

Benefit: Automates low-effort touches (likes, visits) to stay top-of-mind without writing messages.

3. Internal Team Boosting for Content

Want your company posts to get more traction? Use sender rotation to:

  • Assign your team’s own LinkedIn accounts as “leads”

  • Automate post likes across the team

  • Use the Rotate Sender Profile node to make your posts look more active

Example setup: Like recent post → Change sender → Like recent post → Repeat for 20 rotations = 1 month of content support.

Summary

Rotate Sender Profile node allows you to:

  • Retry outreach with different senders for better results

  • Automate long-term nurturing touches like profile visits or likes

  • Reconnect at the right time — without falling off the radar

  • Support your own content visibility using multiple accounts

It’s flexible, powerful, and ideal for teams working with multiple sender profiles. Give it a try in your next automation!
