1. Cancelled: This status means the lead was manually removed by you or one of your coworkers. Click on the counter in a segment level next to the canceled leads, and you’ll be redirected to the CRM. Select one of the leads to see who canceled it.

Why? Leads can be removed manually or automatically when you delete a sender profile or node from the automation. All tasks “in progress” for a sender or at that node will be canceled, and the lead will receive the "Cancelled" status (id you remove sender or delete node)

Troubleshoot? Click on the counter of the node of the automation where leads were cancelled. Choose leads & restart them on the same node. Or you can send these leads to the copy of the automation (you can't send the same lead to the same automation twice. Or you can delete leads from the system, import back and send them to the same automation (they would enter automation as new leads).

2. Failed: This status indicates that the task couldn’t be executed by GetSales. Common reasons include:

1. The lead has no valid LinkedIn ID (link). Solution: Delete the lead with the wrong ID, use our Chrome extension or to find the correct lead on LinkedIn and save it or import from CSV again with the right LinkedIn ID. Then, resend it to the automation.

2. The lead doesn’t have an email, and you tried to send an email. Solution: Update the lead with a valid email and try again (restart or send to another automation).

3. LinkedIn downtime or a GetSales execution failure. Solution: Restart the task on the node. Click on the counter of the node of the automation where leads were failed. Choose leads & restart them on the same node.

4. A sender profile was chosen in the automation, but LinkedIn wasn’t connected to the yet. Connect LinkedIn for the sender. Restart leads. Click on the counter of the node of the automation where leads were failed. Choose leads & restart them on the same node.

5. You’re trying to send a message without being connected, or you’ve been blocked by the person. You should check the connection before sending a message. Check the Building first automation article or video to explore basic recommendations.

In most cases, you can fix the problem and either restart the task or try sending the lead to a different automation.
