There are 7 main reasons that can be troubleshooted by yourself:

1. No leads left or all leads have passed the "Send connection" node for that sender profile --> Add more leads or wait for new ones.

2. Automation schedule is not active yet or the automation is not switched on --> Update the schedule/wait, or toggle it on (can be done from the automation preview page or directly inside the automation, at the top).

3. LinkedIn profiles are not connected OR logged out OR some proxy issue OR serves ate in the maintenance mode. Navigate to Sender Profiles, choose the required sender profile, go to the LinkedIn tab, and ensure you see a page with LinkedIn limits. Check for any errors next to your sender's name and avatar. Check the Sender Profiles Troubleshooting article for more details. If you see that auto-tasks are scheduled but not completed, just rescheduled again and again, it proves a problem with server.

4. Multiple sender profiles in the segment. In some cases, leads may not be assigned to the sender profile you expected (for example, if the sender was added after leads were sent, or leads were initially assigned to a different sender). Use CRM to filter by automation/ sender profile to see the number of leads assigned to every sender. Or click on the action node counter to see the list of tasks and filter by sender profile to confirm the leads distribution problem

5. The initialization is still in progress. Newly connected sender profiles go through an initialization step. Depending on network size, this can take anywhere from a couple of hours to, in some cases, a few days (for accounts with 100k+ followers). If this seems to be your case, please wait a bit longer.

6. Personalized connections limit: If you’re using a free LinkedIn account and trying to send connection requests with a message, you may hit a limit (usually around 10 per month). To fix this, either remove the message from your connection request or activate the toggle to send the connection without a message.

7. Weekly connection limit reached (LinkedIn limit). On average, it’s 150-200 connections per week, but sometimes could be less (100, 50, or even 10). Navigate to menu/ sender profiles/ the right sender profile - under the details tab you might find a notification that the weekly limit is reached.
