Important:
Right now the only available option for export is to export to .CSV using UTF-8, but soon there will be native integration with HubSpot, Webhooks, and Zapier integrations to support multiple export options.
Temporarily, the limit for Contact or Account Export stands at 300 entries, so if you'll try to export more, you will see an error. I have a solution for that: separate your Contacts/Accounts via tags into 300-entry chunks and export with no trouble.
If you have less than 300 entries for export
Access the GetSales CRM and go to the Contacts or Accounts tab - depending on what you want to export
You will see all the entries you have saved to the CRM
In the right-side menu, apply filters to export only the relevant entries
Select all entries that have been filtered: tick the checkbox near the "Contact" / "Account" column name. After that the button "Select all" will appear - press it
In the tab bar just above the table, click on ‘Export’ and choose CSV option. It takes around 30 seconds to compile all the information, don't worry if the file download doesn't start immediately - even if you close the modal window, the export will continue. The encoding we use is UTF-8.
Done!
If you have more than 300 entries for export
1. Separate the export in 300-entry chunks (Contacts/Accounts)
Access the GetSales CRM and go to the Contacts or Accounts tab - depending on what you want to export
You will see all the entries you have saved to the CRM
The most common filter would be by List, but you can set up any filters you want from the right-side menu. Choose your filter that would give you all the entries you want to export
After you filtered the entries, comes the manual job. We have pagination of entries, so only 30 will be loaded in one take - but if you scroll down after the first 30, another 30 will be loaded. So, scroll the entries down, then tick the checkbox near the Contact/Account column name. Keep ticking the checkbox after each scroll. Repeat the process until you hit 300 entries
In the tab bar just above the table with entries there's a 'Tag' option. Click on it and in the modal window choose the option "Add Tag". Simply type in the tag name and press Enter to create the tag (e.g. "LIST NAME - chunk 1"). The tag is going to be applied in ~60 seconds
If you have more than 600 entries in total, you will need to separate you desired selection a bit more:
in the right-side menu with filters, choose the filter by tag and choose the tag you used to separate your selection (my example was "LIST NAME - chunk 1")
Now exclude the tag filter by clicking on the "Ø" on the selected tag option
Check that the entries have been excluded right: in the upper right corner click on "Advanced filter". It should be set to: 'and' (blue means activated) +'not' + 'tags' + 'equals' + 'TAG NAME'. If it's not right, just tweak the filter from the Advanced filter window
You are left with all the other entries that you need to tag as well: repeat the process of scrolling down, selecting 300 entries and tagging them
2. Export each chunk of entries (Contacts/Accounts)
In the right-side menu, apply filters by tags and choose one of the created by you for breaking the selection into chunks - but only one at a time
Check that the entries have been selected right: in the upper right corner click on "Advanced filter". It should be set to: 'and' (blue means activated) + 'tags' + 'equals' + 'TAG NAME'. If it's not right, just tweak the filter from the Advanced filter window
Now that everything is checked, close the Advanced filters window
Tick the checkbox near the Contact/Account column and click on 'select all' that will appear
In the tab bar just above the table, click on ‘Export’ and choose CSV option. It takes around 30 seconds to compile all the information, don't worry if the file download doesn't start immediately - even if you close the modal window, the export will continue
Now, onto the next tag and chunk of entries: clear all filters
Repeat the process of filtering by tags individually until you run out of entries needed for export

LinkedIn URL -if there's a LinkedIn Nickname identified, it will be present in the URL; if there's none, Sales Navigator ID will be put in the URL instead. The URL will only look differently, in any case the link will lead to the Contact's profile. If you will be importing Contacts with a Sales Navigator ID in the URL, everything will work as if the regular URL was used. It's done this way for export to be possible even before the enrichment happened.
