Important:
Right now the only available option for export is to export to .CSV, but soon there will be native integration with HubSpot, Webhooks, and Zapier integrations to support multiple export options.
Temporarily, the limit for Contact or Account Export stands at 300 entries, so if you'll try to export more, you will see an error. I have a solution for that: separate your Contacts/Accounts via tags into 300-entry chunks and export with no trouble.
What is 'Export Mass Action'?
The 'Export Mass Action' is a feature located in the Mass Action Panel, found in either the Contact or Accounts tab of the CRM. This function allows you to download all the data of Contacts or Accounts from GetsSales CRM.
Why Use 'Export Mass Action'?
We are working on more straightforward options for syncing your database (native integration with HubSpot, Webhooks, and Zapier integrations). Currently, the only method is to download your Contacts or Accounts data as a .CSV file and then import it into your CRM. Another easy way is just to export SQLs from GetSales to your CRM manually.
How to Use 'Export Mass Action':
Navigate to CRM: Go to the Contacts or Accounts tab in your CRM.
Set Up Filters: Use the filters in the right-side menu to ensure you're exporting only the relevant entries.
Selecting Entries for Export:
Tick the checkbox next to each entry you wish to export.
To select all entries displayed, tick the checkbox in the upper left corner of the entries table.
If there are more than 30 entries, a clickable text saying 'select all' will appear. Click on it to select all entries.
