When viewing tasks inside an automation node's modal window (e.g. Send Connection Request), the Task Detail column may display "-" instead of a scheduled date or time.
Cause
This is a known UI bug. The modal window occasionally fails to sync task detail data correctly, resulting in the date field appearing empty.
Does this affect task execution?
No. This is a display issue only. Your tasks are queued and will be executed as normal according to your sender's schedule and daily limits.
Workaround: Check the task date via CRM
You can view the scheduled task date directly on the contact's profile:
Go to CRM β Contacts and open the contact in question
Click the Automations tab on their profile
You'll see a full list of tasks for that contact, including the date, time, status (e.g. In Progress, Completed), and the node name
This gives you the same information that should appear in the automation modal.
