Forgotten your password? Need to regain access to your GetSales account? Here's everything you need to know.

Self-Service Password Reset

To reset your own password:

  1. Go to the GetSales login page

  2. Click "Forgot Password?"

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Check your email inbox for a reset link

  5. Click the link and create a new password

  6. Log in with your new password

If the link doesn't work:

  • Check your spam folder โ€” password reset emails sometimes get filtered

  • Try a different browser โ€” occasionally cache issues prevent reset links from loading

  • Note that reset links expire after a few hours; request a new one if the link is old

Admin-Initiated Password Reset

If your account is locked or you need immediate access:

Contact GetSales support with:

  • The email address of the account needing reset

  • Your team ID (or the team name)

  • Proof of ownership or identity verification if you're requesting reset for another team member

Support can set a temporary password.

Important: Change your password immediately after logging in.
