Forgotten your password? Need to regain access to your GetSales account? Here's everything you need to know.
Self-Service Password Reset
To reset your own password:
Go to the GetSales login page
Click "Forgot Password?"
Enter the email address associated with your account
Check your email inbox for a reset link
Click the link and create a new password
Log in with your new password
If the link doesn't work:
Check your spam folder — password reset emails sometimes get filtered
Try a different browser — occasionally cache issues prevent reset links from loading
Note that reset links expire after a few hours; request a new one if the link is old
Admin-Initiated Password Reset
If your account is locked or you need immediate access:
Contact GetSales support with:
The email address of the account needing reset
Your team ID (or the team name)
Proof of ownership or identity verification if you're requesting reset for another team member
Support can set a temporary password.
Important: Change your password immediately after logging in.
