We’ve launched a powerful new feature — GetSales Intelligence — designed to help you manage account safety, optimize performance, and prevent LinkedIn restrictions. This guide will walk you through what it does, why it matters, and how to use it effectively.
What Problems Does GetSales Intelligence Solve?
1. Understanding and Improving Account Health
One of the biggest challenges in outreach is maintaining a healthy account that avoids LinkedIn restrictions. GetSales Intelligence gives you full transparency into your account’s health score and the factors that affect it.
It helps you:
Identify risky LinkedIn behavior (e.g., too many sessions, changing IPs) and fix it or take into consideration for your automation activities
See if you have old LinkedIn sessions still open
Monitor block and reply rates, and how they impact your account
Understand how recent inactivity that could influence your score
A score of 70% and above is considered healthy. A lower score indicates there are issues to resolve. For example, if you haven't done outreach recently, your score may naturally drop due to inactivity.
2. Safe Ramp-Up for New or Dormant Accounts
When you connect a new or previously inactive LinkedIn account, a sudden spike in activity can trigger LinkedIn to request verification or even restrict the account.
To avoid this, use GetSales Intelligence to enter ramp-up mode:
Your actions start at low volume and increase gradually
The system helps build trust with LinkedIn
Ensures safer activity patterns and fewer restrictions
3. Warming Up New LinkedIn Accounts
Growing a brand-new LinkedIn account is difficult — limits are unpredictable and often very low. It can take 3–5 months to reach 500+ connections, regardless of whether you do it manually or automate the growth with GetSales.
With GetSales Intelligence, the platform automatically begins ultra-low activity warming, helping your new accounts:
Gradually build activity history
Avoid manual warm up
Reach higher daily limits over time
This is ideal for accounts created for team members, clients, or even temporary outreach projects.
Lifehack: Download your LinkedIn network so you can use it for warmup if you ever lose access to your account. If that happens, you can create a new account, reconnect with your contacts, and warm up the new account using your existing network. To do this, go to LinkedIn settings, open the Data Privacy section, and choose “Get a copy of your data.”
4. Predicting Potential Bans or Verification Requests
GetSales Intelligence uses benchmarks and real-time monitoring to alert you about possible risks. The recommendations give you actionable advice that you can use immediately.
Check the Account Health recommendations
This early warning system allows you to:
Adjust behavior in time
Prevent LinkedIn blocks or verifications
Keep your automation running smoothly
How the Account Health Score Works
Your account score is calculated based on six main groups of criteria. These include factors such as:
Activity consistency
Sessions and IPs
Message and connection performance
Block and reply rates
Verification and login events
Outreach frequency
Important: The final score is determined by your weakest-performing category, not the average. This is because one weak area (e.g., no recent activity) can drastically increase your risk of being restricted, even if everything else is fine.
For example:
If your outreach activity suddenly spikes after a period of inactivity, your score might drop to 10%, triggering a warning.
If one metric drops to 30%, your overall score will also be 30%.
How the Score Affects Your Daily Limits
Based on your score, GetSales Intelligence automatically adjusts the maximum number of daily actions for each account:
Action Type | Example Maximus | Account Health 70% |
Connection Requests | ~35 per day | 24 per day |
Messages | ~50 per day | 35 per day |
Emails | ~30 per day | 21 per day |
Profile Visits | ~50 per day | 35 per day |
Post Likes | ~30 per day | 21 per day |
Skill Endorsements | ~30 per day | 21 per day |
LinkedIn Searches | ~80 per day | 56 per day |
These limits and delays between tasks are also randomized slightly every day (± a few actions) to simulate human behavior and keep your account safe.
What About Pending Connection Requests?
It’s important to withdraw connection requests that weren’t accepted after a certain period. However, doing this manually through LinkedIn can be risky if done in bulk — LinkedIn may detect the activity spike and penalize your account.
Recommendation: handle it directly in the automation settings by withdrawing old requests after a safe delay.
Soon, we’ll ship an auto-withdrawal feature, so you can easily withdraw old connection requests.
Can I Still Set My Own Limits?
Now, the Smart Limits are enabled on all accounts by default. If you prefer, you can disable Smart Limits and define your own manual limits. However, this increases your risk of triggering LinkedIn restrictions.
We highly recommend using Smart Limits if:
You want safer automation
You’re working with new or less trusted accounts
You want to avoid verification interruptions
Still in Beta – Your Feedback Matters
GetSales Intelligence is still evolving. If you notice anything strange or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know! Your feedback helps us make the system more accurate, stable, and useful.
Final Thoughts
GetSales Intelligence is your smart safety net for LinkedIn outreach. It:
Protects your account from bans
Optimizes outreach limits based on real activity
Provides early warnings
Makes warm-up easy and safe
Want full control? You can still disable it and take the risk yourself — but Smart Limits is here to help.
