If you're having trouble completing your GetSales subscription payment, this article covers the most common issues and how to resolve them.
Checkout Page Not Loading / 403 Error
Symptom: You see a 403 error or the checkout page fails to load.
Cause: Checkout access may be restricted based on your geographic location.
Fix:
Try connecting through a VPN set to a supported country (e.g. US, EU).
Reload the checkout page after connecting.
If the page loads, complete your purchase while connected to the VPN.
Card Payment Declined
Symptom: Your card is declined at checkout even though it has sufficient funds.
Try the following in order:
Try PayPal — on the checkout page you can pay via PayPal instead of entering a card directly. This is often a simpler alternative.
Try Apple Pay — open GetSales on your mobile device and complete checkout using Apple Pay. This often succeeds when a direct card payment doesn't.
Try a different card or bank — some banks block international or SaaS payments by default. If your card is consistently declined, try a card from a different bank.
Check your card's billing country — your card's billing country does not need to match the country selected in your GetSales subscription. If you selected one country for your subscription but are paying with a card issued in another, this is fine.
Tip: If none of the above works, contact your bank to ask if they're blocking the transaction, then try again.
Subscription Renewal Failed
Symptom: Your subscription wasn't renewed automatically (e.g. your card expired or had insufficient funds).
If your card has expired
Update your payment details with a new card.
Once updated, check your sender profiles and automations — the system may have stopped them automatically.
⚠️ Important: When a renewal fails, your sender profiles show a Stopped status and Automations are paused. You'll need to:
Click the Run button on each stopped sender profile to resume it
Manually re-enable any paused Automations
If your card had insufficient funds
Top up your card, then contact our support team via the in-app chat. We can trigger the payment retry manually — your subscription will resume automatically once the payment goes through.
Coupon or VAT Not Applying Correctly
If your coupon code or VAT exemption isn't being applied at checkout:
Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the checkout form.
If the issue persists, contact our support team — we can manually apply a coupon or process a VAT correction after your purchase.
