GetSales has the following objects:

  1. User - any person that sign up on the product page amazing.getsales.io. You can change your email and all other user setting later on. To do that click on the icon in lowest left corner/ settings. Here is a direct link to do that. User can be a invited to multiple teams and invite to multiple teams. New invitations appears on the team management page and user can accept or reject them. A user that creates a team - is a team admin. Other users invited to the team are users.

  2. Team - it's a project/ workspace. Every user can create a team. For new users GetSales automatically creates a team and apply a trial license. You can find a list of the teams you have access to on the team management page. To do that click on the icon in lowest left corner/ team. Here is a direct link to access the teams or create a new team. User can be a invited to multiple teams. You can open multiple teams in different browser tabs. You can quickly switch between teams. To do that simply click on the letter in the upper left corner under the GetSales logo when you are inside the team. You can invite people to the team while creating a team or later on when you the team in opened. To do that navigate to menu/ setting / users. Here is a direct link to that. If user doesn't receive an invitation via email (it went to spam or bounced), they can sign up on GetSales directly as a new user. System will лnow that a user with that team was invited and automatically add it to the team. Invitation can be revoked or user leave the team (from the team management page). User can be deleted from the team by admin from the team settings. You can not delete a team it can only be archived by GetSales when its' not active for a long time or upon your request to technical support.

  3. Subscription/ license. Every team needs to have a valid license to access the team and to make it work. Every user of a team can create a subscription. The are 2 way to do it. The first is from the team management page, click on the three dots at the end of the string if the required team. Add subscription/ create a new subscription. Once you buy it, the license would applied to the team. You'd be able to remove it any time and re-assign to a different team. You can access all your active subscriptions and invoices from the billing page. The second way to create a subscription is from the billing page. Then you'd have to apply the subscription to a team on the team management page. The user who created the subscription can track the invoices, change card, cancel, upgrade or downgrade the license/ subscription. All that can be done form the billing page.

If your team got blocked (with paywall) when the subscription was expired or removed, but afterward to connect another subscription to the team, don't forget to "run" sender profiles and turn on the automations. Once a team has no license, all senders servers are shut down (STOP status) and automations could be paused. Make sure to RUN stopped servers.

  4. Subscription plans. At the moment there are 3 basic subscriptions: growth ($74/ month), pro ($194/ month), scale ($696/ month). Annual subscription provides a huge 50% discount. All plans includes unlimited linked & email senders, unlimited leads, all other features. The main differentiator at the moment is enrichment credits (growth has 2500 credits, pro has 10000 credits, scale has 50000 credits). Most of the features supporting enrichment credits are not live yet, only advanced filtering (posts, connections count, headline, etc.). That's why at the moment enrichment is not limited and happens automatically for all imported leads. Another & main differentiator for plans is the number of monthly activities (growth has 5000 activities, pro has 50000 activites, scale has 500000). Activities includes automatic actions in the automation like connections, messages, likes, visits, emails, etc. The counters for activities are not live yet, so temporarily you can rely on the number of sender profiles perfectly instead. Growth easily fits up to 4 sender profiles. Pro easily fits up to 40 sender profiles. Scale easily fits up to 400 sender profiles.

  5. When you create a subscription a VAT can be added to the total. To avoid VAT you can apply a country without VAT, e.g. Israel. Vat will disappear on the second step. Or you can use the country of your legal entity + add company details and vat details during the payment or after the payment. In that case vat will not be charged or would be instantly refunded. If you can not proceed with the payment, try using VPN, changing a country (Paddle block access from some countries) or contact your bank (in some cases bank can decline the internet payments or payments to paddle). Depending on the country you'll get an invoice or receipt from Paddle legal entity (can be from multiple countries, depending on your chosen country). You can download the invoice from the invoices page on GetSales. In addition you'd be receiving monthly invoices to the email that was used for the payment. If you need to change your invoice you can do it right from the invoice page (unique invoice link from paddle) or asking paddle support to help you with it.
