Overview
GetSales' team architecture is organized around three core objects: Users, Teams, and Subscriptions. Understanding how these elements interact will help you manage access, billing, and permissions efficiently.
Users
A User is anyone who signs up for GetSales at amazing.getsales.io. Users can:
Change their email or personal settings at any time via Settings (bottom-left corner of the interface).
Be invited to multiple teams and accept or reject invitations from the Team Management page.
When a user creates a new team, they automatically become its Team Owner. Invited users are added as Team Members.
Tip: If an invited user doesn’t receive their invitation email, they can sign up manually at GetSales.io using the same email address. The system will detect the pending invite and automatically link them to the correct team.
Team Owners can revoke invitations, remove users, or manage permissions from Team Settings → Users.
Teams cannot be permanently deleted, but they can be archived upon request or if inactive for an extended period.
Teams
A Team is your workspace or project environment. Each user can create multiple teams. When you sign up, GetSales automatically creates your first team and applies a trial license.
You can:
View all your teams on the Team Management page.
Create new teams or switch between existing ones directly from the team menu (top-left corner under the GetSales logo).
Invite new members during team creation or later via Settings → Users.
You can also open multiple teams in separate browser tabs or quickly switch between them using the team selector.
Subscriptions & Licenses
Every team requires an active subscription (license) to operate. Any team member can create and assign a subscription to a team.
How to Create a Subscription
There are two ways to create and apply a subscription:
From the Team Management page — click the three dots next to your team → Add Subscription / Change Subscription.
From the Billing page — click Create new subscription first, then go back to Teams and assign it to a team.
Note: the license won't be applied to your team once purchased if this team has another license applied (even if the applied subscription is cancelled). If the option to add a subscription is not available, try removing the current subscription, refreshing the page, and then re-selecting the desired subscription.
Detailed Steps for Applying Subscriptions
Follow these detailed steps for ensuring your team has the correct subscription assigned efficiently.
The subscription owner can manage invoices, update payment methods, upgrade/downgrade plans, or cancel directly from the Billing page.
If your team becomes blocked due to an expired or removed subscription, reconnect a valid one and run your Sender Profiles and Automations — these stop automatically when a team is unlicensed. After reconnecting a valid subscription, make sure to:
Start Sender Profiles: Go to your sender profiles and ensure their status is updated to “RUN.”
Re-enable Automations: If any automated processes were paused during the subscription assignment, re-enable them to maintain productivity.
Subscription Plans
GetSales currently offers two pricing models:

VAT & Payment Details
When creating a subscription, VAT may be added depending on your billing country.
To avoid VAT charges:
Select a country without VAT (e.g., Israel), or
Enter your company’s VAT details during checkout. If valid, VAT will not be charged or will be refunded automatically.
If your payment fails:
Try using a VPN or changing the billing country (some regions are restricted by Paddle).
Contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
You’ll receive invoices from Paddle (GetSales’ payment processor) based on your country. Invoices are accessible on the Invoices page, and a copy is also sent to the payment email monthly.
To modify invoice details, use the unique invoice link provided by Paddle or contact Paddle Support directly.
