Note: this guide applies if you are changing a subscription within the “pay per project” plan.
You can access the team management menu by pointing the cursor on the icon in the left lower corner of the screen and clicking “Teams”:
You will see a new page with all necessary info about your team:
Team name
Subscription (shows the status of your subscription and it’s ID)
Credits (this is a legacy tab)
Members
Owner
Actions
By clicking the three dots button, you’ll open this menu:
You will see five options:
Change subscription
After choosing this option, you’ll see a new window. You can select an existing subscription to link to team or create a new subscription plan. You can either click “Create new” or “Continue with selected”.Remove subscription
This option requires a confirmation, so you’ll see a new window: “Are you sure you want to remove subscription for this team? You can add subscription again later.” This action is not permanent, you can add the subscription back to your team anytime.
Change owner
When you click this button, you’ll see a window with a list of people who can be selected as a new owner of the team. By changing team owner, you relinquish your ownership rights. Selected member will gain full control over the team’s settings.
Edit
By clicking this option, you’ll be able to change the team’s name and the color of your account icon.
Leave
This option allows you to leave the current team. Remember that you can only join back if someone sends you an invite.
