Team management

In this article, you can find out about ways to manage or edit your team.

Note: this guide applies if you are changing a subscription within the "pay per project" plan.

You can access the team management menu by pointing the cursor on the icon in the left lower corner of the screen and clicking "Teams":

You will see a new page with all necessary info about your team:

  1. Team name

  2. Subscription (shows the status of your subscription and it's ID)

  3. Credits (this is a legacy tab)

  4. Members

  5. Owner

  6. Actions

By clicking the three dots button, you'll open a menu with five options:

  1. Change subscription

    After choosing this option, you'll see a new window where you can select an existing subscription or create a new subscription plan.

  2. Remove subscription

    This option requires a confirmation. This action is not permanent, you can add the subscription back to your team anytime.

  3. Change owner

    When you click this button, you'll see a window with a list of people who can be selected as a new owner of the team. By changing team owner, you relinquish your ownership rights.

  4. Edit

    By clicking this option, you'll be able to change the team's name and the color of your account icon.

  5. Leave

    This option allows you to leave the current team. Remember that you can only join back if someone sends you an invite.

The easiest way to delete teams or projects is from the team management page. Just click on the three dots and select "Leave the team." Make sure you unassign the license first.

To invite a new team member, please go to the Team Members page, then choose "Invite Members" and type the email you want to send the invite to.
