We've just rolled out an update to help you stay on top of sender issues β even if you're not checking GetSales every day.
Email Notifications for Sender Errors
You can now receive email alerts whenever a sender profile runs into a critical issue like:
Logout
Proxy error
Email error

How to set it up:
Go to Sender Profile
Go to the Settings tab
Click Manage and choose Edit
βAdd one or more email addresses to receive notifications
Note: You can set different notification recipients for each sender profile.
Webhooks for Sender Errors
For teams using custom integrations β you can now receive event-based webhooks when sender errors occur.
Supported sender events:
Profile logout
Proxy failure
How to set it up:
Go to Settings > Webhooks
Create a new webhook
Select Sender Profile Run Issue as event and add other details
