How to set up email alerts and webhooks to get notified when a sender profile encounters errors like logout, proxy failure, or email issues.

We've just rolled out an update to help you stay on top of sender issues β€” even if you're not checking GetSales every day.


Email Notifications for Sender Errors

You can now receive email alerts whenever a sender profile runs into a critical issue like:

  • Logout

  • Proxy error

  • Email error

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Sender Profile

  2. Go to the Settings tab

  3. Click Manage and choose Edit
    ​

  4. Add one or more email addresses to receive notifications

Note: You can set different notification recipients for each sender profile.


Webhooks for Sender Errors

For teams using custom integrations β€” you can now receive event-based webhooks when sender errors occur.

Supported sender events:

  • Profile logout

  • Proxy failure

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Settings > Webhooks

  2. Create a new webhook

  3. Select Sender Profile Run Issue as event and add other details
    ​
