  1. GetSales doesn't support Outlook or Office365. Microsoft stopped supported SMTP protocol which is used by GetSales that's why if you try connect it - you'd get an error. In that case we recommend to consider using Gmail or custom STMP providers or use GetSales as your primary channel;

  2. GetSales doesn't support oAuth connection for Gmail, that's why it's not possible to use Zapmail infrastructure & Instantly done-for-you inboxes, as they don't allow you enabling 2-step verification & AppPassword'

  3. 98% of problems while connecting SMTP inboxes happens because you use outdated SMTP port. Try using 587 instead it should work;

  4. The second popular problem is the wrong credentials. Make sure your credentials are correct & double check other properties on the page for custom SMTP inboxes;

  5. Sometimes your new app password from Google doesn't work and you have to create a new one again. If you changed Google password - app passwords would be reset and you have to create a new one.

  6. The other problem which can happen - maintenance of GetSales platform or proxy downtime. You might receive "contact support" or long error log. Please, try again later in an hour or next day. If you still can't connect the inbox - please, contact support.

  7. Sometimes you might see an error with "Google limit reached" - which means you might have reached your google domain limit which is set up by the google workspace admin. Try update inbox next day. Just click manage / edit / update / save.

  8. If you noticed any problems with the connected inbox - try update the inbox. Just click manage / edit / update / save. If it didn't help 99% problem is related to proxy downtime. Our system solves it automatically within 24 hours.; If the problem is not resolved - please, contact support.

  9. GetSales can help you troubleshoot the problem. To do that we need certain data:

    - Credentials (login & password) & other details that you use to connect the email inbox. In addition we need the sender profile name + the error on the email connection setup page screenshot. We will try connecting it for you and will find and solve the problems on GetSales side, or let you know what is the reason for the problem and what you need to do to solve it;

    - If you don't want sharing credentials pls share the console data. Click inspect - open network tab of the console - then click connect inbox - capture the console errors. Share screenshots with us.

    Without this data we simply can help you, so make sure to share it.
