Your messages are important, so we want to make sure they're delivered smoothly. If you're experiencing issues with messages stuck in a "loading" state, missing conversation history, or sending errors, this guide will help you resolve them.

Messages Stuck as Loading

When sending a message from the Unibox/Messenger, it may appear to hang indefinitely:

  1. Wait 5 minutes — GetSales processes outgoing messages asynchronously; give it time to complete

  2. Refresh your browser — Sometimes the UI doesn't update after sending

  3. Check your internet connection — Ensure you have a stable connection

Important: If the message is stuck loading and you want to send it directly from LinkedIn instead, cancel the loading message in GetSales first. Otherwise the message may eventually go through on both sides, resulting in a double message to the contact.

LinkedIn Conversation History Not Syncing

Sync timing depends on the message type:

  • Direct LinkedIn messages sync almost instantly — within 5 minutes maximum, as long as the sender profile is active (not Out of Schedule). If direct messages aren't syncing despite the sender being active, it's likely a temporary proxy downtime. Wait about 1 hour — this is usually enough for the proxy to recover the connection.

  • InMail messages sync on a longer cycle — approximately every 2 hours.

If messages still don't appear after waiting:

Tip: If you need real-time message capture, consider setting up a webhook for linkedin_reply events — see Creating a Webhook with Zapier.

Error: "No Query Result for Model"

This error typically appears when trying to send a message and indicates a corrupted lead record or missing LinkedIn profile data.

Resolution steps:

  1. Verify the contact's LinkedIn profile URL is valid

  2. Check if the LinkedIn account still exists and is accessible

  3. If the error persists, contact support with the contact's LinkedIn URL
