We do not recommend tracking open rates because the data can not be accurate (doesn't matter what platform you use GetSales or any other). Besides open rates pixels or any links inside the email will decrease your deliverability. That's why GetSales has hidden the custom domain tracking settings. We are still discussing internally if it should be returned to the interface.
