Now that you’ve connected your sender profiles, the next step is uploading your leads to GetSales. Before starting any automation, you need leads in the system, and there are four essential ways to upload them.

  1. LinkedIn Scraper (Basic Search)

GetSales offers its own scraper for LinkedIn, allowing you to scrape contacts or accounts directly from LinkedIn’s basic search results. Whether you're searching for CEOs in a specific location or any other target audience, just narrow your search results to 1,000 leads (the LinkedIn limit), copy the URL, and let GetSales import the leads into a list. You can choose a sender profile, assign tags, and initiate the import.

  2. Sales Navigator

Sales Navigator is the best source for high-quality leads. If you have a Sales Navigator subscription, you can use its advanced filters to search for your target audience, copy the search URL, and import it into GetSales. You can even set up recurring imports from Sales Navigator, allowing GetSales to scrape new leads from saved searches automatically.

  3. Manual Uploads (Import CSV)

You can upload your own CSV files with contacts from external sources such as ZoomInfo, CrunchBase, or any other platform. Simply upload a file containing at least one unique identifier like LinkedIn ID or email. GetSales will automatically enrich the leads with additional data, such as first name, company, recent posts, and more. If needed, you can create custom fields for additional variables that are unique to your business needs.

  4. Chrome Extension
For quick lead saving, GetSales offers a Chrome extension that allows you to save leads directly from a LinkedIn profile. You can select a list, customize lead details, and save them instantly. Later, all lead communication will be synchronized in GetSales for easy access.

Once the leads are uploaded, they go through an enrichment process where additional information like experience, education, recent posts, and skills are added. After this process, your leads are ready for automation, and you can start targeting them with personalized campaigns.
