Congratulations! You’ve launched your first automation, and if you’re seeing red notification badges, it means your leads are already starting to reply—an exciting milestone. You might have noticed that even before starting the automation, some leads appeared in your CRM. This happens because of GetSales’ full synchronization feature. Once you connect your LinkedIn profiles, email inboxes, and upload your leads, GetSales automatically synchronizes all previous communications. This means you’ll see all interactions with leads, such as when you last messaged them and through which channel, giving you full visibility into your outreach.

You’ll notice different lead statuses like "Engaging," or "Opportunity." These are automatically updated based on the depth of your communication. For example, if a lead accepts your connection request or replies to an email, their status will update accordingly. Soon, GetSales will even use GPT to help identify opportunities more effectively.

The CRM also categorizes leads into inbox and outbox. The inbox includes leads who have replied, while the outbox lists those you’ve reached out to but have yet to respond. This structure helps you manage your communication flow efficiently.

If a lead replies while part of an automation, you can manually take over or continue the automation by ignoring the reply. You’ll also have full visibility into the tasks assigned to each lead—those in progress, completed, canceled, or skipped.

With GetSales CRM, you can leave notes for yourself or your team, create follow-up tasks, and track all activities in one place. Whether it’s a follow-up in a week or a quick message via LinkedIn, all actions are transparent and manageable within the platform.

We’re also excited to announce a new interface coming soon that will make everything even more intuitive. The new design will include improved filtering options, making the platform even more user-friendly and transparent.
